We are now hiring a Junior Key Account Manager in Kitchener!

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Junior Key Account Manager is the single point of contact with assigned customers and provides a superior level of service culture to both external and internal customers. As the primary liaison to engage with the customer in communications, quotes and price changes, this position will also work closely and support to the Customer Account Manager. This includes facilitating interactions between internal supporting departments, and customer corporate offices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Procurement an asset.
  • High level of commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Decision-making skills and use of sound judgement.
  • Ability to handle internal and external issues to reach effective resolutions.
  • Class G Driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle for occasional work related travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Multi Unit Accounts.
  • Provide support to the Account Manager for assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate chain quotes including all price changes.
  • Provide a high level of customer service excellence.
  • Act as the Liaison for Customer Service with Head Office.
  • Support Customer Rebates and all reporting related to Multi Unit Accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company.
  • Support customer inventory specifics, delivery time issues, and customer service issues.
