Responsibilities:
- Ensure that production, SHE, QA, engineering, warehouse & dispatching and security functions are properly executed.
- Carry out activities in order to ensure that DSM personnel and contractors are effectively performing their responsibilities in accordance with the disciplinary rules and decide for the necessary resources and report to the plant manager. Evaluate the performance of the personnel and report to the human resources department and plant manager.
- Follow local laws and regulations concerning SHE, QA topics about production plant. Ensure that necessary permit applications are carried out on time.
- Be in communication with DSM SHE, QA management personnel, attend meetings, prepare related reports, and execute corrective and improvement activities once reported to the plant manager.
- Prepare SHE and QA reports as needed.
- Provide necessary resources in order to ensure all activities are performed without any SHE or QA risk.
- In case of any problem about process control system or production equipments, get in contact with the supplier and make necessary organization to solve the problem in conjunction with the Plant Lead.
- Plan and organize maintenance activities about all part of the plant.
- Ensure that security control system are functioning properly.
- Help production operators physically when there is a necessity.
- Report slow moving premixes and raw materials to plant lead
- Plan and perform trainings about SHE and QA topics.
- Plan and report purchasing needs of the plant.
