As a Junior Technical Support Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Serving as a vital link between our customers and our Conversational AI platform, you’ll play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and promptly respond to customer queries related to the Parloa platform.
  • Develop expertise in our systems, evolving into a “Bot Builder.”
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to shaping and enhancing customer support processes within Parloa.
  • Perform translation activities between German and English for website, product, and knowledge base localization needs.
  • Dedicate yourself to finding solutions to problems and proposing improvements to elevate the overall customer experience.
