In the Nordics Dermatology Department you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.
In the Key Account Manager position you will oversee business development concerning this high priority product portfolio. You will create and execute a business plan by building up relationships and conducting client meetings with key specialists such as dermatologists and occupational health care.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the business insights in the territory – to identify and execute. Maintain a high activity level focused on the target group to ensure a sustainable sales growth. Cultivate productive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders that will realise business outcomes in the short, medium and long term.
- Delivery of business and sales targets within a defined geographical territory.
- Execute activities according to plan and liaise with marketing and medical to support on national engagements in the region.
- Based on provided regional sales figures, analyze the numbers and prioritize resources to capture the full sales growth potential in territory.
- Monitor and report regional sales costs.
- Create, develop, and implement compliant client centric solutions which in turn drive business benefit for stakeholders and LEO.
- Execute external activities to reach our key targets and to maximize the regional business potential.
- Identify new upcoming key stakeholders (i.e. clinic psoriasis responsible doctors, upcoming future ambassadors etc.) and change of, or new, regional decision pathways.
- Identify customer needs, engage decision makers and set up and drive customer projects that will benefit the customer/patient/LEO
- Responsibility for the key business insights in the territory – to identify and share to the rest of the organization.
- Identify business opportunities and create activities to capture them.
- Identification and addressing regional access hurdles.
- Be an active internal sparring partner as the internal expert on the region.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Academic degree in life science and/or business or similar qualifying and relevant work experience.
- Registered medical representative diploma or similar knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment is desirable
- Making things happen, has the right level of implementation skills
- Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working
- Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in Dermatology is desirable
- Knowledge of the regional budget processes and distribution structures
- High social competence and capacity for teamwork
- Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude
- Success-, service-, and commercial oriented thinking and working
- Good English and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM-systems.
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver‘s license
