Description:
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone who is an experienced L&D practitioner, preferably with a strong grasp of professional services, ideally within the legal sector, and demonstrates experience in designing and delivering high impact learning experiences and resources. Within your experience you will present a track record of delivering value for money learning and development solutions which have a material impact in enhancing organisational capability.
Within this role we are ideally looking for individuals with a coaching accreditation, however open to individuals who can deploy coaching skills confidently to develop talent and motivate strong individual and team performance and preferably familiar with one or more psychometric tools to support skills development activity.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have a great opportunity for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our Learning and Development team in Birmingham. As an L&D Manager you will be responsible for leading some of our key development programmes, as well as managing the design and delivery of a range of learning and development initiatives, for Business Services and Legal Support professionals within Gowling WLG.
