As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Learning & Development Supervisor – Sales and Service.
The Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor, working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, supports the overall sales and service business strategy through employees and execution of the Learning & Development program.
The L&D Supervisor provides front-line support to the sales and service training team and L&D team through people leadership, regular coaching, project leadership and coordination of team responsibilities. As the champion for sales and service learning & development, this position is responsible for leading, designing, development, implementing and improving the sales and service training program for Libro Credit Union.
The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Lead, coach, assist and motivate the sales and service L&D Team; provide leadership and support to team activities including learning design, development and facilitation, projects and continuous process improvement.
Onboard and provide ongoing training, coaching and development of direct reports.
Collaborate with L&D Manager, L&D team, Credit Union stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance the sales and service training program for all staff, in alignment with business goals and strategy.
Work with L&D Manager to determine process and metrics to track and communicate.
Provide assessment, analysis, advisement and impact of sales and service training programs & initiatives.
Oversee the planning and development of eLearning solutions, learning assets and resources, and strengthens instructional design and development competencies within the team.
Help people leaders solve specific training problems; one-to-one or in groups.
Develop programs/resources to evolve the facilitation skills of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and grow a sustainable team of support within all stakeholder groups.
Demonstrate commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Represent sales and service training and the L&D team at various internal conference calls/meetings.
Create and foster an environment that encourages personal responsibility and provides staff appropriate autonomy to make decisions and resolve problems.
