ABOUT YOU …

We looking for a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Very high attention to detail and ability to audit data and system reports for accuracy
  • Advanced numeracy skills an advantage
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a fast paced and complex environment.
  • Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
  • Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and high level of computer literacy
  • Have an Assistant Agent registration in the ACT or ability to obtain one
  • Property/ facilities/ project management sector experience (experience from comparable sectors will also be considered).

Responsibilities:

  • Updating lease related system applications on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assisting the leasing team with day-to-day business operation including lease performance and rent rolls.
  • Assisting the leasing team with financial adjustments, invoice review, record keeping and queries.
  • Maintaining databases ensuring all information is recorded in accordance with the required policy and process.
  • Assisting with various reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining information accuracy and consistency.
  • Verifying and cross-checking information across multiple system applications and databases.
  • Identify and implement reporting best practice measures.
  • Liaise with Landlords and Key client personnel.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
