Legal Counsel - Labour & Employment and Data Privacy

• Advise various internal teams on Labor and Employment and Data Privacy matters.
• Ensure compliance with international and local Data Privacy laws and regulations in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Review and draft various legal documents (e.g. contracts, policies, etc.).
• Act as Bombardier’s representative in mediations or hearings (e.g. Arbitration or Administrative Labor Tribunal).
• Manage litigation files with external lawyers worldwide.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess data protection risks in the event of incidents.
• Participate in the development and implementation of tools and trainings for internal teams.
• Any other task relevant to the role may be assigned.
