Job Description
1. Assists M&A Director for upstream finance modelling, due deligence and evaluation
- Assists M&A Director to do Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields
- Assists M&A Director for Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. / Asset assessment and risk analysis
- Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business administration or other relevant major.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
- Investment banking background is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders
