Description:
JOB DETAILS:
- Provide integrated facilities management and operations & maintenance for a multinational manufacturing plant.
- Lead a team of Facilities Technicians to carry out operations & maintenance for electrical, air conditioning, and mechanical systems.
- To manage /support daily operation & maintenance, manage Technicians, manage daily work plan, and fulfill customer tasks/expectations.
- Develop & prepare quarterly CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan).
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical engineering-related fields.
- A4 Chargeman with leadership skills and facilities management experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
