Mapping City/Country Expert

The team you will be working on keeps Maps data current and reflective of real-world changes. They work on issues submitted by end users of Maps or test location results of user queries submitted via web search or Maps interface. You will develop and maintain transit data pipelines.

In your first week in this Mapping City role, you can expect to:

• Provide input to create city/country-specific policy to existing general transit-related policy
• Consult on urban transit system and multimodal, including Micro mobility and Walking
• Review mapping operations issues for quality checks
• Document and analyse the information needs of product improvement for clients and deliver appropriate solutions.

To apply for this City/Country Expert role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience together with a degree or equivalent experience. You will also require the following:

• Basic data analytics and tech writing skills
• Deep knowledge of city/country transit/traffic network/urban planning
• Knowledge of GTFS-specific data tools (GTFS especially)
• Good knowledge of basic/ISing skills (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
