The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for effective project and/or product management to support global marketing’s strategy and tactics. Includes providing direction to internal partners and/or external agencies, management of project timelines, project measurement, and tactical execution
  • Working with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional and outbound email communication and nurture campaigns leveraging valuable product data to give users key insights into their account, driving user engagement
  • Supporting affiliate E2E marketing campaigns; test and analyze workflow; and identify tactics for improvement
  • Supporting ongoing campaigns from global/regional/affiliate stakeholders per request; test and analyze workflow; and identify tactics for improvement.
  • Operationalizing marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
  • Facilitating tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed
