Responsibilities:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the overall marketing and loyalty strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and loyalty professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, Operations and Food & Beverage, to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing efforts that grow sales on a yearly basis.
  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning by creating and executing comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Provide artistic vision and creative direction for all visual materials, including trailers, posters, banners, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with local and global brand guidelines and overall objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for differentiation and brand evolution.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
  • Create engaging content and oversee the management of social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to nurture customer relationships, enhance engagement, drive retention, and grow sales.
  • Utilize customer data insights to create personalized experiences and optimize customer journeys.
