Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in the APAC region. If you can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise marketing activities across the region while leveraging our internal teams’ advanced knowledge, you have strong knowledge of the Australian and Southeast Asian market—then keep reading!
The primary goals of this position are to lead our marketing efforts for the APAC region, increase awareness, expand and convert interest, and help build the right pipeline. The role will work closely with the regional sales team and go-to-market partners to develop a regional marketing strategy, manage PR, manage sponsorship programs, localise content, and aid in event execution. You will create strategies that leverage the right marketing mix of activities and the best routes to market for the region, including building events, marketing programs, and new ways to establish trust between StackAdapt and the agency community. You will use your comprehensive experience in marketing to both author content and design programs and adapt content and programs designed by the global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns.
  • Build awareness and ensure consistency in the StackAdapt brand and build trust with our target market.
  • Represent all marketing functions in-region, closely coordinating with APAC leaders.
  • Develop quarterly plans with regional sales leaders and top partners to build pipeline.
  • Plan, manage, and execute in-region webinars and 3rd-party events while also supporting globally planned and executed events, executive dinners, and account-based activities.
  • Support onboarding and go-to-market planning with new co-marketing partners.
  • Provide Input and research to grow APAC marketing efforts and adapt global deliverables.
  • Manage and request the translation of regional deliverables into several languages, and localise content to support the sales team and lead generation efforts.
  • Manage pipeline achievement to meet quarterly goals.
  • Manage regional marketing budget, advocate for regional investment of global funds, track activity results, and return on investment.
