Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Specialist - Social & Content is a newly created position in a tight knit team of 3.
The ideal candidate has a passion of design / architecture, and will be confident developing and executing the content and social media strategy for the business aligned with the overarching business & marketing objectives.

You will be focused on:

• Developing content & social media strategy for the business
• Using your initiative, experience, and market knowledge to create engaging content for social media platforms inc infographics, reels, and gifs
• Managing & interacting on social channels in line with brand tone of voice and positioning
• Monitoring social media campaigns & analytics
• Taking ownership of the company website and ay required updates
• Writing key internal & external communications
• Planning & co-ordination of high-end architectural & interior photo shoots
