Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Medical Excellence Manager reports to the Head of Medical Excellence and works with medical teams across all therapy areas in ANZ to shape the future of Medical Excellence. Partnering with medical teams and internal stakeholders across commercial excellence and other functions to identify opportunities and areas for improving our ways of working including optimising processes and systems, supporting digital and omnichannel delivery, driving excellence in external customer experience, pioneering how we measure and communicate impact and working closely on practice change and system transformation.
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
- Degree or relevant business qualification
- Experience within Medical Affairs, ideally with customer facing experience
- Understanding of the Medical Affairs planning process, external engagement models and strategies
- Experience in developing relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Understanding of omnichannel delivery, including externa customer journeys, content and asset creation
- Strong track record of delivering medical projects and project management skills
- Ability to work well in and across diverse teams
- Strong networking and consulting skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong change management skills
- Proven skills of managing budgets, resources and timelines
DESIRABLE FOR THE ROLE
- Strong track record for omnichannel capability creation and a passion for all things omnichannel
- Experience of driving digital transformation, channel strategy and digital analytics
- Leader within pharma thought leadership networks and organisations
- Experience with platforms and technologies used in delivering medical strategy
- Experience of engagement and influencing of region level stakeholders
