MIDDLE OFFICE ASSET SERVICING SENIOR ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2S-090424-001-MN)

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Willingness to work from 11am to 7pm EST on weekdays and on global holidays (US and Canadian holidays) excluding Christmas and New Year’s Day.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in Middle Office operational functions – IBOR management, corporate actions & income processing, securities data maintenance, securities & cash reconciliations, securities valuations.
- 5 years of experience in the use of Front-to Middle office or Middle-to-Back Office platforms offering IBOR/ABOR functionalities (SimCorp Dimension, SS&C HiPortfolio, Calypso, Blackrock Aladdin, Bloomberg AIMS…).
- 5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, specifically in the Investment Management, Funds Services or Securities Services industry including knowledge of investment strategies and markets and understanding of security types (including derivatives).
- Knowledge of the English language is required.
- Competent and sufficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…).
- Proven ability to work independently in a high stress, time sensitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn, complex derivative securities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on SimCorp Dimension for IBOR/ABOR functionalities.
- Experience supporting US 40 Act Fund Accounting activities.
- Advanced competency with market data applications (Bloomberg) and Excel.
- Good understanding of the Front-to-Back Office functions and workflows within Investment Management & Funds Services industry.
- Experience working in international environment and with different locations.
