Our client is a privately owned, award-winning Services organisation with offices based in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
This established business boasts an impressive track record of consistent growth, spanning close to two decades. The core business is supported by a dedicated back office team, consisting of Finance, Payroll, IT, Marketing, HR and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

Leading a centralised team of shared services managers and their teams (approx. 18 staff in total) across finance, human resources, marketing, IT, and compliance.
Anticipating the impact of current and future trends, innovation, risk, regulation, legislation, and opportunities on company shared services and responding accordingly.
Seeking out opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, performance enhancement and business growth.
Overseeing strategy, planning and delivery within finance, HR, IT, marketing, risk, and compliance.
Ensuring that large projects and daily operations are delivered on time and within budget.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholder effectively to enhance business performance and ensure quality information flow.
Advising the Senior Management team and directors on shared services recommendations and proposals.
