• Crane ticket and experience (not essential)

ARC is looking for a new team member to join our Mackay branch as an Operator where you will be bending and cutting bar, steel and mesh products for our customers orders!
This is an entry level role, looking for candidates who are interested in learning more about steel manufacturing.
$70,000 per year + incentives
You’ll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. As a key member of the team you will:

• Operate off-coil machines to shape and cut reinforcing bars and mesh
• Input job tags on machines to produce steel products
• MIG Welding (second class) of steel cages & gates
• Operate an overhead crane and forklift
• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers
• Promote and contribute to a safe workplace
