As a Packaging Material Engineer, you’ll deliver world-class packaging solutions that enable us to deliver the quality products our customers and consumers expect. Responsibilities:

  • Developing Packaging – Manages and leads several projects ranging from multiple small to focused medium/large sized projects and/or programs to scale-up and introduce new packaging, improve quality, product margins, productivity, and capacity in Operations.
  • Project Leadership – Bring people together cross functionally to make meaningful decisions on recommended options, specifically within food development, supply chain, marketing, procurement, quality, and sales. Using your packaging expertise, you’ll evaluate supply options and technologies based on performance, cost, sustainability, and overall flexibility.
  • Supply Chain Enabling – Partner with our Equipment Engineering and Supply Chain teams to understand and define process needs and capabilities as they relate to the targeted production line. Work with appropriate resources to schedule plant/equipment testing and provides test plan. Ensures adequate materials, resources, and timing for plant testing that will ultimately drive towards a successful project execution.
