Description:
THE IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE
You’ll also be one of the earliest employees at Passthrough and will be a huge part of defining the culture and structure. We’re looking for people that can grow with us.
Our goal is to make our customers love us and their investors recommend us. At Passthrough, you will work on onboarding, training, and support. You’ll be the face of our business to fund managers and their limited partners.

- Prior legal experience in the alternative investment space (i.e. venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, etc) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Initial screen: a quick 20-30 minute chat with one of Client Operations Team members to learn more about each other
- Complete an assessment: A one hour paid test to give you a flavor of the kinds of problems that you’ll have to solve when you’re building out your team
- Meet your manager: 45-minutes with Claudia
- Meet our co-founders: 30-minutes with Ben, and 30-minutes with Tim
- Get a decision: We’ll get back to you within a week on what’s nex
