Responsibilities:

Reporting directly into the Head of People and Culture, your duties will include the following:

  • Ensuring the business is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations across superannuation, tax and employment laws
  • Ensuring payments to staff are correct and timely
  • Educate the team on changes to legislation when required
  • Identify process improvement initiatives and implement them
  • Act as the Payroll Manager as and when required, supporting a team of four staff that process for close to 1500 staff
