Responsibilities:

This organisation is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing payroll operations, managing a payroll staff of 3, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our ~600 employees. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Oversee and assist in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance and support
  • Continuously review and enhance payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and enterprise agreements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
