Farmec currently has a career opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist as part of our Online Sales business unit.
Our Performnace Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing online sales and marketing campaigns for farmec.ro.
This position is key to the growth and success of our digital platform, and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom coordination of performance campaigns. The ideal candidate must possess an in depth understanding of Google platforms ( Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center) and have professional experience in Social Media ads management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, managing business growth by ensuring high and optimal usage of Google, Youtube and Social Media platforms in the market.
Responsibilities:
– Craft, manage and adjust PPC Pformance Campaigns in Google – Google Search, Pmax, Demand Gen, etc;
– Handle all aspects of PPC optimisation – keywords, bid management, writing and testing ad copies, extensions, and reporti;
– Drive our Performance Campaign Strategy on Social Media;
– Traffic ad campaigns and build in ad serving platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok ads manager and a few other third party platforms);
– Conduct A/B product tests in ads to understand which products to sell best;
– Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level;
– Dive into GA4 to understand trends across advanced metrics for campaign, ad set, and ad performance, for the clear objective of improving costumer journey and ROAS;
– Campaign maintenance and monitoring: track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, staying and shifting budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies;
– Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers in an efficient way;
– Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates;
– Love to have a passion for sale driven landing pages, visual trends, SEO.
