We are looking for a Plant HSE Manager replacement during maternity leave.

The role of Plant HSE Manager is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Group’s HSE policy. The main missions of the role are:

  • Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment;
  • Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management;
  • Monitor legal compliance and manage the site’s relations with local government and regulatory organizations;
  • Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, …);
  • Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings;
  • Carry out accident enquiries;
  • Follow activities with the external suppliers (cleaning, vigilants, desinfection, residues,…);
  • Manage and coordinate building protection activities and is in charge of Internal Emergency Plan (PEI); coordinate, in emergency situations, the needed local actions;
  • Perform the function with discipline and accept the responsibilities in accordance with the Politics of the Quality and the Environment and Security, making everything to assure the conformity of the products supplied to our customers and to avoid the occurrence of casualties, in respect to itself exactly and the thirds, as well as of material damages and aggression the environment.
  • Ensure, promote and apply within the Plant Management team the best practices in terms of HSE rules and policies;
  • Coach and support the site management and employees.
