Responsibilities:
The postholder will provide high-quality administrative support to the Strategic Projects Team alongside efficient and effective PA support to the Director of Strategic Projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Regularly servicing boards and meetings
- Complex diary management
- Organising staff recruitment, induction and CPD activity
This post is a permanent full-time (35 hours per week) position, offering flexible, hybrid working options.
As the successful candidate, you should:
- Be visible and proactive in providing daily support to a variety of stakeholders.
- Be able to work flexibly at pace in a complex environment whilst balancing competing priorities.
- Be highly organised with effective communication skills, adapting to suit different working styles.
- Feel comfortable taking ownership of and resolving complex queries.
