Responsibilities:
The postdoctoral fellow will work on HIV -1 env vaccine development and modulation of B cell affinity maturation. He or she will explore humoral, and cell mediated autoimmune responses induced by vaccination and underlying mechanisms of breaking immune tolerance. Mouse model immunization studies, immune sera analyses, FACS for immune cells analyses, B cell repertoire analysis and immunohistology are key tasks along with cloning, expression and purification of proteins, cell culture, etc.
