NATURE ET ENVERGURE DU POSTE :
Rapportant directement au(à la) gérant(e) du magasin, le(la) détenteur(trice) des clés appuie le personnel de gestion du magasin en s’assurant une expérience de magasinage positive sur le plancher de vente ainsi que la rentabilité des ventes.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and leads an stmosphere on the sales floor that builds customer realization, retention and loyalty.
- Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
- Creates an open outward communication on the sales floor.
- Keeps current on our products and service updates.
