YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or state-certified degree in business or IT or comparable of a University of Applied Sciences or higher
• Proven PLM project management experience incl. PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP)
• Agile Project Experience (Scrum certification (PSPO) and Azure DevOps beneficial)
• Proven Teamcenter application and data model administration skills (BMIDE, AWC Admin)
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing document management incl. related change & release processes in Teamcenter and SAP
• Ideally several years of experience on business side in regard to documentation management processes incl. related standards (e.g. Machinery Directive, VDI 2770, ISO 63155-1) & best practices
• Professional in Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
• Good analytical skill set and knowledge in engineering & manufacturing processes
• Proven training skills and fluent business English

• Independent management of PLM projects with responsibility of quality, cost & time
• Capture, analysis, design and optimization of processes and methods
• Management of requirements and stakeholders
• Definition of concepts, creation of specifications for system implementations
• Development of test scenarios and execution of system and integration tests
• Implementation support for new processes, methods and tools
• Development of training concepts and implementation of process and system training
• Key user coordination and Second Level Support
• Lateral management of internal and external project team members
