THE ROLE:
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of strategic sales through partnerships and educAtion? We have partnered exclusively with Geistlich to recruit a Product Specialist to join their business development high-performing team.
As the Product Specialist, you will actively contribute to the unique approach to sales through partnership and education of their products, ensuring the successful execution of business growth strategies and plans, as well as contributing to the delivery of events and conferences throughout the year.
REPORTING TO REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Achieve sales objectives for a defined territory (monthly, quarterly and particularly the budgeted sales target for the year) as well as other defined KPI’s by creating and executing an effective Territory Business Plan (TBP).
o Development of existing customers and acquiring of new customers
o Planning activities according to sales data insights
o Visit planning of more personalised calls (30 – 60 minutes) and visit planning follow up
- Provide accurate technical product support and regular training to customer base
- Handle incoming calls from customers to process customer orders/requests and provide support in a timely and accurate manner as required
- Keep up to date with relevant scientific publications
- Full control of local market, direct customer base
- Support communication and marketing actions, remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitor products, and educational or marketing activities
- Keep up to date on all products and procedural information
