QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Post-secondary education in Adult Education or a certification in Adult Education from a recognized institution
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in training and development, experience in the software field is an asset
  • Proficiency in effective writing is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and eLearning software is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods including workshops, simulations, eLearning, and coaching

Responsibilities:

  • Engage early and consistently in product development workstreams to comprehend the purpose and customer value of new and existing WellnessLiving product features.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure product tickets provide a clear and accurate description of the job(s)-to-be-done, ensuring a shared understanding of product value across the company.
  • Plan and develop internal training materials, such as new feature release notes and related training content, ensuring WellnessLiving staff receive accurate, timely, and engaging education on our newest product updates.
  • Maintain the accuracy of internal Learning Management System (LMS) product trainings.
  • Develop and manage test studio accounts for the creation of demos, supporting internal and external product enablement (e.g. release videos, webinars, KB articles, LMS courses).
  • Utilize Pendo Guides strategically in areas of the software where customers frequently have questions.
  • Stay informed on effective approaches and technologies for software training and learning.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to assess training effectiveness, providing strategic input for continuous improvement that positively impacts engagement and learning outcomes for both customers and staff.
  • Develop and present webinars designed around customer stories and product needs to live audiences
  • Collaborate with Customer-Facing Departments to: * Ensure department-specific product training materials are accurate, up to date, accessible, and effective.
  • Understand commonly asked product questions and ensure relevant educational resources are available and accurate for our customers.
