Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the planning and implementation for our Performance Services customer engagements. Create clear plans, define the scope, objectives and timelines. Work closely with the Senior Service Managers and professional services team to ensure the goals are aligned and achievable.
- Coordinate and manage the consultant for the project to ensure human capital equipment, and materials required for project execution are available to execute.
- Central point of communication between key stakeholders and customers to ensure expectation management and all informed parties are aware of project status, risks and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining the project documentation, including the project plans, schedules, status reports updates are effectively updated.
- Identify and manage risk and quality assurance of the project deliverables. Clear understanding of escalation process and when it is needed.
