ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Science Degree
  • Project Management in Clinical Trials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of Excel and Word
  • Able to take minutes at meetings and write reports.

Responsibilities:

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Project Coordinator (Level 1) to join the TDL Clinical Trials team. This role will be based at the Halo Building.
Successful candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. As an Project Coordinator (Level 1), you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of our Clinical Trials Projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, and timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You are expected to deliver trial related tasks independently, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior team staffs.
The role involves interaction with internal and external stakeholders and must operate with a high degree of discretion to handle information of a confidential and critical nature.
