JOB SUMMARY
They are seeking an Air Conditioning Project Manager with 2/3 years’ experience to oversee the successful delivery of our HVAC projects. This role could also suit a Junior PM or Site Manager looking to take a step up in their career.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of HVAC Systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a trade qualification in Air Conditioning
- Min 2 years of experience in project management in the air conditioning industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC projects from planning to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, industry codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and submit project reports to clients and company management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Take toolbox talks and ensure all OHS guidelines are followed
