ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Manager with robust experience in water projects, bridges, and technical structure works to join a leading civil engineering firm in New Zealand. The role involves contributing to significant infrastructure projects ranging from $5 million to $500 million in value.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Have 10-15+ years of proven experience in water/civil projects.
- Ideally managed projects valued at $10-$50 million or more.
- Possess a solutions-oriented mindset and a drive for career advancement.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with main contractors is preferred.
- Proficient in managing staff and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project timelines are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status and address their concerns.
- Manage project documentation and quality control.
- Resolve conflicts and provide leadership to the project team.
