The Opportunity:
As a Project Manager within the Canterbury region, you will be responsible for the management of the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.
  • Manage and direct contract administration, understanding contractual requirements and expectations.
  • Set performance expectations with Foremen/Supervisors and construction crews. Monitor performance and address any issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering projects.
  • Extensive knowledge in civil and other related industries.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and internal/external teams
  • Be reliable and self-driven to ensure continued success in your role
