REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills essential, bold communicator to keep communication in all directions clear, concise and efficient
• At least 5 years experience implementing similar finance transformation/automation projects in leading EPM applications (Tagetik, Anaplan, Onesteam, BI etc.) at multinational companies
• Solid Finance knowledge - controlling / Financial books closing
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
• Proactivity, capability to follow several subjects at a time while communicating to different audiences, analysis capabilities & deep dive to spot errors

• Gain thorough knowledge and understanding of regional treasury processes and controlling systems as well as build relationships across the regional treasury teams
• Liaise entities with project team during all milestones of the project, ensuring participation of all stakeholders in workshops, anticipate gathering specifications from business & maintain
• Attend workshops conducted by vendors, taking minutes of meetings, building to-do lists for each stakeholder and following up to ensure timely achievement of milestones
• Closely follow entities during UAT to support on functional testing, gather and feedback to project team, follow corrections and validation by all entities as well as HQ testing based on functional specifications given by Treasury team to project team
• To handle from time to time treasury daily activities since full involvement from Treasury lead resource will be required during some phases of the project
