MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferably with a certificate as international project manager, or equivalent experience.
  Employment in Austria
  This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group F. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, scheduling and execution of projects
• Disciplinary ownership of assigned projects until project handover and closure
• Disciplinary leadership of assigned project teams
• Schedule feasibility checks
• Continuous project risk-management (risk detection, monitoring, mitigation)
• Frequent status reporting, project controlling and project handover/closure
• Organization and moderation of project related team-meetings
• Ownership and accountability for validity and completeness of project documentation
• Multi-project management (multimillion € project budgets, international customer base)
• Accountability for project goals (quality, time & cost)
• Project related customer communication
