Position Description

  • Secure implementation of projects governance into each project from Pre-Project/Initial phase to Post-Project/Closure phase;
  • Look at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks;
  • Make sure the work is done to the right standard, the project is running on time and budget
  • Make sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
  • Motivate the team of people involved in the project, coordinate work done by different team members
  • Deal with changes to the project as and when necessary;
  • Provide management reports supporting project initiation as well as progress and health of already initiated projects
  • Support projects prioritization and workflows automation
  • Support resource planning and scheduling
  • Facilitate collaboration and streamline communication processes
  • Maintain projects learning and knowledge

Position Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in IT Project Management
  • English skills – B2/C1
  • Experience in managing relation with multiple stakeholders including Cyber Security, Business Key Users, external vendors
  • Working experience in multinational/multicultural/dispersed environment
  • Experience in complex infrastructure/networking/services projects
  • Tailoring communication from blue collar to C suite level stakeholders
