Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Broad role across all aspects of property management, including rental arrears, maintenance, lease negotiations, and preparations, ensuring efficient end-to-end operations.
- Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless fit-outs when required
- Conduct regular site inspections, including vacant inspections, ensuring compliance with make-good obligations, and efficiently handling security deposits.
- Proactively arrange Annual Fire Safety Inspections, adhering to council requirements and deadlines.
- Working with retailers for any new store relocations or exits
- Established and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across a portfolio of assets.
- Review and manage lease-related documentation (leases, bank guarantees, insurance certificates).
- Review monthly Tenancy Schedule with lease information via lease audits and update as necessary ensuring full accuracy.
- Processed rent review increases in system and generate rent review letters and invoices.
- Process all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and generated outgoing letters and statements in accordance with lease requirements.
- Led property improvement projects, collaborating with contractors, building owners, and stakeholders to achieve timely and successful project outcomes.
- Proficiently utilized Re-Leased, Inspection Manager, and Excel for budgeting and reconciliations, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing efficiency.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Commercial property experience highly preferred
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication- both written and verbal
- Valid Real Estate &NSW Drivers License
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
