  • Have you completed a PhD in Cultural Anthropology or similar and interested in being a lecturer starting January 2025?
  • Do you have experience teaching at a tertiary level and have evidence of scholarly publications?

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of core courses in the Cultural Anthropology programme.
  • Develop new curricula and research in areas related to the anthropology of Science and Technology Studies.
  • Supervise MA and PhD researchers to completion.
  • Contribute to Hautūtanga/leadership, administrative roles, and engagement with the wider community.
  • Be part of an active, collegial team committed to equity and diversity, and aspiring to research and teaching that engages mātauranga Māori and upholds our responsibilities to te Tiriti o Waitangi
