Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un Analyste de l’assurance qualité pour une entreprise dans le domaine des assurances. Notre client est situé à Montréal.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS — ANALYSTE DE L’ASSURANCE QUALITÉ

• Collaborer avec l’équipe et participer aux cérémonies Agile pour identifier, estimer et planifier les tests à effectuer;
• Communiquer l’état d’avancement et les problèmes;
• Analyser et traduire les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques en exigences de test afin d’assurer la qualité;
• Développer, documenter et exécuter des stratégies et des plans de test;
• Préparer et créer des cas de test manuels et automatisés;
• Représenter l’équipe et participer aux cycles de test de l’écosystème informatique;
• Produire des preuves de qualité et obtenir des approbations;
• Participer à l’amélioration du cadre et à l’automatisation des tests;
• Guider et assister les membres de l’équipe dans leurs pratiques de test afin de réduire les délais de livraison et d’augmenter la qualité du code et de la couverture des tests unitaires;
• Être le gardien de la qualité de nos données et produire des indicateurs de qualité.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

As part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a company in the insurance sector. Our client is located in Montreal.

Job Details - Quality Assurance Analyst

• Being the Quality Assurance Analyst Senior for application IBNR (Incurred But Not Reported);
• Collaborate with the team and participate in Agile ceremonies to identify, estimate and plan tests to be done;
• Communicate status and issues;
• Analyze and translate functional and technical requirements into test requirements to ensure quality;
• Develop, document, and execute test strategies and plans;
• Prepare and create manual and automated test cases;
• Represent the team and participate in the testing cycles of the IT ecosystem;
• Produce quality evidence and obtain approvals;
• Participate in the improvement of the framework and the automation of tests;
• Guide and assist team members in their testing practices to reduce delivery time and increase the quality of unit test code and coverage;
• To be the guardian of the quality of our data and produce quality indicators.

Mandatory Skills – Quality Assurance Analyst

You are:

• A rigorous and meticulous analyst, passionate about data;
• Engaged, open and a good team player;
• Fast learner and curious about new technologies;
• Comfortable working in complex environments and multidisciplinary teams;
• Fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.

You have:

• 5 years of experience in data warehouse quality assurance;
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL;
• Good knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques;
• Good knowledge of SAS;
• Good knowledge of quality assurance methods and practices;
• Experience with Snowflake databases;
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD concepts;
• Knowledge of property insurance data areas;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
