Description:
IQC (Tooling)
- Coordinate on quality improvement programs with indirect material suppliers
IQC (Buysell)
- Responsibility for semi-finished and finished products (BUYSELL parts) to ensure that they meet customer quality specification.
Subcon (Plating & Heat treatment)
- Plan yearly supplier audit plan (CQI 9 & CQI 11) to meet TS16949 requirement
Overall
- Supplier or potential supplier onsite audit for quality system audit and process audit to evaluate whether the supplier meets the specified quality requirements.
- Actively support in Internal Quality Audit, Manufacturing Process and Product Audit
- Support on new suppliers or process development
- Develop incoming inspection and method
- Authorize to on-hold and dispose incoming subcon non-conforming lots
- Review PPAP documents of suppliers, including characteristic list, drawing, process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, material report and packing standard.
- Communicate with supplier for nonconformity materials issues and follow up problem solving from supplier, conduct effectiveness validation until closure to prevent the occurrence.
- Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluation and identify supplier improvement opportunities, train/development needs and other continuous improvement measures.
- Review suppliers performance in monthly basis for improvement
- Drive supplier quality performance
- Perform other task assign by superior or company from time to time.
- Work as company’s contact window regarding customer quality issue resolution and customer satisfaction improvement activities.
- Lead customer quality complaint, handle and work with internal team & supplier quality team to identify root cause & corrective actions
- Regularly update customer quality performance summary and report.
- 8D report submission in customer format, system / presentational mode.
