Description:

Receptionist | NSW State Government
Contract length: ASAP Start- 6 months with potential to extend
Location: Dubbo
Pay Rate: $37 per hour + super
Working Hours: Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Maintain a neat reception area
  • Assist with scheduling and admin tasks
  • Notify the appropriate point of contact
  • Confidently liaise with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred
  • Tech Savvy- understanding of Microsoft Package
