HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Answering all telephone enquiriesday
- Maintain files and documentation.
- General administration and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management.
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the home
Responsibilities:
We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Receptionist to join our client-facing team at our Aged Care home Regis Macleod. Situated in the leafy northern suburbs, Regis Macleod is close to serene parks and walking tracks, including the expansive Gresswell Wildlife Reserve. The Watsonia RSL and local Macleod shops are only a short drive away, offering employees access to a variety of eateries and food outlets, hairdressers, a florist, Post Office and supermarket.
This role would suit someone who is outgoing, friendly, and who relates well to the elderly. It requires someone with an excellent phone manners and IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
This role is suitable for someone looking for work/life balance and career progression within one of Australia’s largest Aged Care providers. Initially shifts will be across Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am-4.00pm, however there may be potential for 5 days per week in future. Shift flexibility is highly advantageous.
