Advanced Health Pain, Injury and Spinal Clinic has been established on the Sunshine Coast for 15 years and has built a solid reputation as a professional and caring Allied Health practice that provides excellent healthcare services to the local community.
We are looking for a full time Trainee who is a quick learner with exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
We have two locations on the Sunshine Coast, Buderim and Sport’s Hub complex; Birtinya. This role will be based across both clinics. The Buderim Clinic is open 6 days per week, so you will need to be available Saturday mornings.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, excel at time management and approach the role with a professional, mature attitude, be reliable, with the ability to engage well with our close-knit team of Practitioners. Computer literacy, accurate keyboard skills together with excellent communication skills and presentation are essential. We are looking for a naturally empathetic young person, who can approach the role with a smile!

• Front of house reception/welcoming patients
• Answering telephone enquiries and making patient appointments
• Sending and replying to emails
• Scanning, faxing and filing
• Maintaining reception area
  The successful candidate will be offered a Traineeship (Certificate III in Business Administration). Only candidates who have not previously studied a Certificate III or higher will be eligible for this position.
