Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and supervising statewide records management programs in a multi-channel customer contact center. In addition, you will assist management in planning and development of programs, policies and procedures as well as implementing a work plan to meet the department’s goals. Other duties include leading, evaluating, and coordinating employees’ performance and training initiatives. You will also serve as the division’s liaison with various business partners to represent the department’s position with respect to legislation affecting the statutes under which it has filing or service responsibilities.

MINIMALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST DETAIL HAVING EXPERIENCE IN ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • Planning, developing, and/or directing the implementation of programs, policies, and/or procedures
  • Working in a lead role or trainer capacity
  • Utilizing problem solving and/or conflict resolution techniques (i.e., acting as program/ business liaison, investigating complaints, corresponding with upset individuals, resolving discrepancies, etc.)

IN ADDITION TO HAVING ALL OF THE ABOVE CRITERION, WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL ALSO DETAIL HAVING EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Referencing, developing drafts for new/revised legislation, and/or complying with Federal and/or State Statutes and/or Administrative Codes
  • Formal supervisory or management experience performing duties such as staff development, setting goals or priorities, employee onboarding/training, performance reviews, discipline, etc.
