About This Job

Leads relationship management activities within equipment Finance. Builds new business relationships with commercial lending prospects; leads the team in meeting or exceeding established business goals.

• Assist in complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions. Assist with the preparation of reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre-Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests.
• Assist in screening and structuring new loan opportunities. Draft and negotiate term sheets with counterparties. Prepare credit write ups and present to senior management.
• Execute complex transactions for assigned products supported by the following asset classes: commercial real estate (all property types), real estate bridge loans, small and medium sized business loans, consumer loans and leases.
• Evaluate the potential for cross sell opportunities and cross department due diligence. Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects, in addition to RM and Senior Management, to address any information, issues, or concerns.
