Responsibilities:
Robot Learning Data Engineers at Dyson are engineers that have a passion for seeing state-of-the-art robot learning algorithms applied to product concepts.
This role will work closely with research scientists and engineers to collect large-scale robot data and apply it to existing algorithms for new product concepts. Data engineers spend ~70% of their time collecting data, ~10% of their time managing and curating data, and ~20% of their time training state-of-the-art algorithms with that data.
The role is perfect for people who want to work on state-of-the-art algorithms with a keen interest in product development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collect large amounts of robot data via teleoperation.
- Analyse and report on data collected.
- Train machine learning models on the collected data
