POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our team of Support Workers, dedicated to providing high-quality supports and customer-focused services to individuals with disabilities in South Australia.
This role is unique and will be full-time across a five day roster
As a Service Delivery Officer your role encompass several key responsibilities that are central to our mission of delivering top-tier disability services.
- Efficient Rostering: Meticulously coordinate and schedule our dedicated Support Workers. Your goal is to ensure that the needs and preferences of our valued customers are met with precision and in a timely manner.
- Exceptional Customer Care: As the primary point of contact for both our staff and service users, you are the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Technological Proficiency: Ability to leverage previous computer skills and prior knowledge with rostering tools.
- Collaborative Culture: Your ability to collaborate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our team and the well-being of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Previous experience in the health, disability, or community services sectors is highly preferred.
- Prior knowledge of the NDIS is a valuable advantage.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children clearance is mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time hours across a 5 day roster
- Ability incorporate an rotating on-call component.
